November 30, 2010 - Ezra 8 - Wisdom
Ezra set his heart to follow and seek after God; wisdom is a by-product. He was wise to call the fast; he had made bold statements about God's character and wanted to make sure that God would stand by them. I have never fasted about that, it is something to ponder. I guess my diet thought is to just continue to pray that God would incline my heart to follow Him and to eventually love Him more than food.
